Purpose: This study aimed to examine the level of digital health literacy and identify factors associated with among older adults living alone in South Korea. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted on 140 aged 65 above who live alone. Descriptive statistics non-parametric methods were used explore relationship between independent variables. generalized linear model literacy. Results: Among smartphone-owning alone, 52.1% using Internet via devices, participants’ average score 6.64±7.46. While using digital technologies for social health is widely acknowledged, the relationship between loneliness, isolation, and literacy remains unknown. This study aimed to assess levels of in older women living alone explore associations these factors. In August 2021, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 145 alone, selected convenience sampling. The used University California, Los Angeles Loneliness Scale (version 3), Lubben Social Network Scale-6, Digital Health Technology Literacy-Assessment Questionnaire. collected data were analyzed descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis Spearman's rho correlation, generalized linear model (GLM). Abstract Background Since the onset of coronavirus 2019, there has been an upsurge tele-exercise delivery. Previous studies showed old adults find feasible and acceptable. However, is limited understanding oldest-old’s experiences. Method This study used interpretative phenomenological approach. Two semi-structured interviews home visits were conducted with six oldest-old women, aged between 81 91 years, who participated in classes. Results Four superordinate themes identified: ambivalent perception safety, ease regular participation, reminded guided to move body, technological adaptation. Conclusion Our findings indicate that potential assist living community maintaining adequate activity levels at home, which they perceive as safest place. Emerging provide insights into their lived experiences, enabling service providers enhance services for this group tele-health era.
