For international students coming to China, the process of learning Chinese is very difficult. At same time, chronic academic underachievement can lead aggressive behavior (AB). Although physical activity (PA) has been shown improve performance and psychological well-being, its effectiveness in language AB not clarified. Therefore, present study examined PA as main variable explored dosage profile alleviation AB. A total 964 from different countries 8 universities Beijing were selected population assessed using International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Buss-Perry Aggression (BPAQ) Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) for 3 longitudinal follow-ups. Analyses variance, correlations path models performed ANOVA, Pearson cross-lagged panel model (CLPM). High level accounted 18%, moderate 35%, light 47%. was significantly elevated on all sub-indicators except HSK (F = 1.58-4.38, η² 0.03-0.05, P < 0.05), decreasingly related aggression, verbal angry 4.38, 0.03,; F 3.24, 0.04,; 2.37, 0.04; 0.01). In terms correlation, cross-sectional comparison showed that negatively correlated with both (r -0.41, 0.01; 1 -0.44, The results a decreasing trend negative correlation between under T1-T3 stages -0.29, r 0.01), no significant change degree -0.28, -0.35, positive did 0.15, 0.18, itself decreased over time 0.83, 0.76, CLPM show T1 phase, affects T2 phases (β -0.42, β -0.18) positively phase 0.24). -0.25, -0.26). -0.11).
