Background Corporate wellness programs are increasingly using digital technologies to promote employee health. Digital (DWPs) refer initiatives that deliver health interventions through tools. Despite a growing body of evidence on DWPs, the literature remains fragmented across multiple domains. Objective This study aims provide comprehensive synthesis existing research efficacy (eg, impact employee’s physical health, mental well-being, behavioral changes, and absenteeism) acceptability engagement, perceived usefulness, adoption) employer-provided DWPs. Specifically, we aim map extent, range, nature this topic; summarize key findings; identify gaps; facilitate knowledge dissemination. Methods We conducted meta-review studies published between 2000 2023. adopted database-driven search approach, including MEDLINE, PsycINFO, ProQuest Central, Web Science Core Collection databases. The inclusion criteria consisted (1) review articles; (2) publications in English, French, or German; (3) reporting implemented organizations; (4) nonclinical preclinical populations; (5) assessing performed descriptive numerical summary thematic analysis included studies. Results Out 593 nonduplicate screened, 29 met criteria. most investigated domains (n=19), activity (n=8), weight management (n=6), unhealthy behavior change (n=4), sleep (n=2). In total, 24 reviews focused primarily relation health-related outcomes stress weight), while fewer addressed organization-related burnout absenteeism). Four explored mechanisms action, 3 assessed DWPs various measures. Overall, findings support although significant gaps persist, particularly regarding durability outcomes, role technology, causal underlying change. Conclusions While show promise variety domains, several aspects their effectiveness remain underexplored. Practitioners should capitalize successful acknowledging limitations literature.

Healthcare digital twin (HDT) technology originated in spaceflight planning before becoming a major driver of Industry 5.0 and precision medicine. Unlike traditional static models, HDT systems leverage cyber-physical integration via bidirectional closed-loop between physical patients their counterparts.
