Background. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a serious chronic disease that significantly impacts quality of life and one the leading causes disability worldwide. Effective rehabilitation for such patients contributes to improvement their functional status, reduces risk complications, enhances overall prognosis. Identifying predictors effectiveness measures allows individualization treatment approaches optimization therapeutic strategies. Using ROC analysis evaluate diagnostic accuracy these ensures reliability obtained results enables more accurate prediction outcomes. The aim study identify in with T2DM evaluate using analysis. This will enable programs, increase effectiveness, improve patients. Materials methods. To predict diabetic polyneuropathy, 95 were examined. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, used effectiveness. Results. indicates significant association between tobacco smoking status rehabilitation. Background. Benign tracheal stenosis is relatively rare but remains a significant chronic disease due to its drastic symptoms including dyspnoea and inspiratory stridor, consequent negative effect on quality of life. Traditionally, the surgical approach by resection stenotic segment has been therapy choice. However, endoscopic techniques have arisen may offer safe less invasive alternative. The purpose study was analysis results treatment for cicatricial stenosis, taking into account use minimally methods. Materials comprised 105 patients with who were admitted clinic V.T. Zaytsev Institute General Urgent Surgery National Academy Medical Sciences Ukraine. conducted in 2018–2024. divided two groups: І group — 75 participants initially candidates intervention considered only case failure, their until 2018; ІІ 30 people contraindications circular or such operation be inappropriate, since 2018. Results. Modern length < 1.0 cm using precision electrodissection allows carry out recanalization without complications. With more than 50 % trachea length, method choice prolonged dilatation Montgomery T-tube. Conclusions. Minimally interventions should as achieve lumen size sufficient breathing radical surgery.
