Objective: The current study aims to produce potent neutralizing polyclonal antibodies against novel Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) by immunization of rabbits. Methods: Whole inactivated SARS-CoV-2 and purified Receptor Binding Domain-Hepatitis B surface Antigen (RBD-HBsAg) conjugate protein were used as immunogens along with Freud’s incomplete adjuvant for systematic in rabbits following a protocol approved the Committee Control Supervision Experiments on Animals (CCSEA) Institutional Ethics (IAEC). During cycle, blood samples collected periodically after some intervals checked vitro efficacy using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Plaque Reduction Neutralization Test (PRNT50) methods. Results: revealed that 28, 35, 42 d are required generate high-neutralizing hyperimmune immunogens. A combination whole RBD-HBsAg has shown good response generation highly specific antibodies. Conjugate threefold more immunogenicity compared SARS-CoV-2. Conclusion: Rabbits immunized immunogen generated high After extensive preclinical clinical studies, such can be alternative therapeutic drugs infection.
