The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum aims to ensure common understanding in improving quality education at all levels education. This curriculum model underscores fostering students' independence, creativity, and learning skills, positioning students as active learners. Assessing teachers respondents' representation SDN Warungdowo 1 is main objective this study. Mixed responses from respondents who revealed substantial feasibility implementing acknowledged its flexibility tailoring experience student needs, challenges remain, including inadequate training, support, resource constraints, adjustments are findings Overcoming these hurdles requires additional support through provision resources teacher training. Pendidikan kepramukaan merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh satuan pendidikan sebagaimana ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Menteri dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia No. 63 Tahun 2013 mewajibkan pramuka pada dengan tujuan membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini berfokus penyebab kurangnya koordinator dalam manajemen pembinaan di sekolah dasar. Subjek penelitian melibatkan pembina serta seluruh anggota SD Negeri 5 Tambun. menggunakan kualitatif mendeskripsikan fenomena situasi Data diperoleh bersumber data primer (informasi hasil wawancara daan dokumentasi didapatkan pramuka), sedangkan sekunder buku jurnal berkaitan ini. Hasil dari ditemukan berbagai permasalahan menghambat terbatasnya seperti pengalaman kepembinaan kurang, wadah bagi mengikuti pelatihan kepramukaan, kualifikasi belum memiliki lulusan sekurang-kurangnya Kursus Mahir Pembina Pramuka Tingkat Dasar (KMD). Implikasi temuan ini, merekomendasikan pihak untuk memberikan peluang kepada guru-guru terlibat Tambun KMD diadakan Kwartir Cabang setempat
