This study aims to explore the impact of compensation, training, and development (T&D), working conditions on employee retention within manufacturing sector Pakistan, with a specific focus mediating role job satisfaction. Employing convenience sampling strategy, research collected data from 382 employees across various firms in Pakistan. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was conducted using Smart PLS software analyze test proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that training development, have direct positive retention. Moreover, results highlight significant satisfaction relationship between these organizational factors All indirect hypotheses were accepted, confirming influence underscoring its critical enhancing sector.
