This study aims to explore school administrators' perspectives on the digital transformation of management processes. It examines tools used in transformation, its impact decision-making, planning, coordination, communication, institutional hierarchy, and evaluation processes, as well challenges faced actions required based experiences. Conducted Kars city schools, this phenomenological utilized qualitative research methods. The involved 29 administrators from primary, secondary, high schools Kars, selected using a maximum variation sampling technique.
