Abstract
Gestational
diabetes
mellitus
(GDM)
predisposes
offspring
to

development
of
obesity
and
type
2
diabetes.
While
GDM
is
studied
in
context
maternal
insulin
resistance,

Biclustering
has
emerged
as
a
promising
approach
for
analyzing
high-dimensional
expression
data,
offering
unique
advantages
in
uncovering
localized
co-expression
patterns
that
traditional
clustering
methods
often
miss
and
thus
facilitating
advancements
complex
disease
research
other
biomedical
applications.
However,
state-of-the-art
identify
distinct

the
expense
of
losing
information
about
specific
patterns,
some
which
have
been
used
to
define
cancer
subtypes
or
reflect
progression
cellular
processes.

tournament
subdigraphs

by
subsets
digraphs
derived

given
matrix.
Compared
with
prominent
tools,
demonstrates
superior
performance
all
non-row-constant
especially
under
noise
data
fluctuations.
Furthermore,
successfully
identifies
most
disease-related
pathways
type
2
diabetes
(T2D),
colorectal
cancer,
hepatocellular
carcinoma,
breast
outperforming
tools
this
regard.
Different
previous
generalizations,
BTP-patterns
capture
up-regulation
down-regulation
dynamics.

targeted
