Background/Objective: Infertility affects approximately 10–15% couples in industrialized countries. It has numerous causes, including genetic and environmental factors, lifestyle choices, physiological disorders. The increasing prevalence of infertility underlines the importance research into interventions to improve reproductive health, with a strong focus on physical activity. was traditionally mainly directed toward female health. Although male factor is being increasingly accepted as equally important, this area remains under-researched. current review focuses impact activity fertility through its effects immune function, cardiovascular system, hormonal balance, metabolism, interaction system. Materials Methods: A comprehensive literature studies addressing conducted using PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Web Science. Mostly recent were included, small number older ones included cases when their content relevant. focused articles studying processes involved associations between effects, endocrine modulation, influence obesity insulin body. Results: findings revealed existence fairly consensus that moderate enhances semen quality, metabolic positively influencing fertility. Physical reduces inflammation oxidative stress, functioning, contributes oxygen nutrient supply organs. On contrary, strenuous training can adversely affect fertility, mostly disruption stress. also have various indirect sports-related behavior incidents, such wearing tight-fitting clothes or overheating. Conclusions: ways, health performed at intensity. Understanding balance beneficial excessive exercise well incidental factors related performing sports regularly are, thus, extremely important optimizing lifestyle-oriented aimed improvement.

Wearable devices have gained increasing attention for use in multifunctional applications related to health monitoring, particularly research of the circadian rhythms cognitive functions and metabolic processes. In this comprehensive review, we encompass how wearables can be used study disease. We highlight importance these as markers well-being potential predictors outcomes. focus on wearable technologies sleep research, medicine, chronomedicine beyond domain emphasize actigraphy a validated tool monitoring sleep, activity, light exposure. discuss various mathematical methods currently analyze actigraphic data, such parametric non-parametric approaches, linear, non-linear, neural network-based applied quantify non-circadian variability. also introduce novel actigraphy-derived markers, which personalized proxies status, assisting discriminating between disease, offering insights into neurobehavioral status. lifestyle factors physical activity exposure modulate brain health. establishing reference standards measures further refine data interpretation improve clinical The review calls existing tools methods, deepen our understanding health, develop healthcare strategies.

Despite substantial evidence emphasizing the pleiotropic benefits of exercise for prevention and treatment various diseases, underlying biological mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. Several attributed to signaling molecules that are released in response by different tissues such as skeletal muscle, cardiac adipose, liver tissue. These molecules, which collectively termed exerkines, form a heterogenous group bioactive substances, mediating inter-organ crosstalk well structural functional tissue adaption. Numerous scientific endeavors focused on identifying characterizing new mediators with properties. Additionally, some investigations molecular targets exerkines cellular cascades trigger adaption processes. A detailed understanding tissue-specific downstream effects is crucial harness health-related mediated improve targeted programs health disease. Herein, we review current vivo exerkine-induced signal transduction across multiple target highlight preventive therapeutic value exerkine diseases. By aspects research, provide comprehensive overview (i) underpinnings secretion, (ii) receptor-dependent receptor-independent adaption, (iii) clinical implications these disease treatment.

Skeletal muscle plasticity enables an enormous potential to adapt various internal and external stimuli perturbations. Most notably, changes in contractile activity evoke a massive remodeling of biochemical, metabolic force-generating properties. In recent years, large number signals, sensors, regulators effectors have been implicated these adaptive processes. Nevertheless, our understanding the molecular underpinnings training adaptation remains rudimentary. Specifically, mechanisms that underlie signal integration, output coordination, functional redundancy other complex traits are unknown. fact, it is even unclear how stimulus-dependent specification brought about endurance or resistance exercise. this review, we will provide overview on events describe acute perturbations single exercise bouts. Furthermore, insights into principles long-term adaptation. Finally, current gaps knowledge be identified, strategies for multi-omic –cellular analyses skeletal engaged individual, bouts chronic discussed.
