Background
and
Objectives:
Telerehabilitation
(TR)
offers
an
innovative
approach
to
overcome
accessibility
challenges
in
managing
multiple
sclerosis
(MS).
This
exploratory
study
evaluated
the
efficacy
of
integrating
respiratory
exercises
into
TR
programs
for
improving
function,
fatigue,
quality
life.
Materials
Methods:
A
randomized
controlled
trial
involving
48
MS
patients
control
groups
was
conducted.
Both
performed
over
eight
weeks.
Pulmonary
fatigue
severity
(FSS),
life
(MSQOL-54),
functional
capacity
(6MWT)
were
assessed
before
after
intervention.
Results:
demonstrated
significant
within-group
improvements
FEV1
(L),
PEF
FEF%25–75
FSS,
MSQOL-54
physical
mental
subscales,
6MWT
distance
(p
<
0.05).
The
group
exhibited
unique
(%)
slightly
greater
reductions
although
intergroup
differences
not
statistically
significant.
Conclusions:
incorporating
effectively
enhances
patients,
suggesting
a
viable
alternative
conventional
rehabilitation.
Future
studies
should
focus
on
advanced-stage
MS,
long-term
sustainability,
technological
integration
optimize
potential
TR.

Multiple
sclerosis
(MS)

been

indicated

motor
function

possible.
In
