There is a high interest for graphic design among the visual art disciplines in Ghana and several factors account this. The purpose of this study was to investigate that influence preference as preferred subject. To carry out task, purposive sampling technique employed collect data from 340 students selected senior schools tertiary institutions Ghana. This made up 145 male 195 female students. Data were collected through administration an online survey instrument paper-printed questionnaire based on integrated framework Expectancy-Value Theory Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory. quantitative research method adopted which Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software used analyze study. findings revealed perceived personal motivation, robust ecosystem, strong intrinsic, extrinsic, social cultural attributes are key drivers students' design. It further have ecosystem where sophisticated digital tools processes employed. Characterized by good curriculum structure use 2D 3D computer like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Cinema 4D, easily attracted pursuing therefore recommended entire education should be redesigned include technological tools, collaborative learning courses computer-Aided graphics into other subjects.

Research has shown that the majority of young people leave school with little knowledge appropriate careers suitable for their abilities and interests thereby leading to low job satisfaction, unfulfilled potential among others. Therefore, objectives this paper were investigate learners' regard career planning, attaining information decision-making. The study employed a quantitative cross-sectional survey design. A self-constructed questionnaire was used collect data. This study examines the factors that lead students to consider or avoid a career in sales, focusing on behaviors and preferences during transition period following peak of COVID-19 pandemic. Conducted 2021, captures how pandemic has changed traditional aspects sales work, such as face-to-face interaction, explores lasting impact these changes young professionals. Elegir una profesión implica evaluar varios factores, y decidir erróneamente puede tener consecuencias que afecten principalmente el bienestar emocional de persona. La EPEV, Escala para medir factores influyentes en la elección carrera profesional adolescentes, cuya relevancia radica su gran margen aplicabilidad, permitirá analizar los carrera. El objetivo este estudio es construir validar escala adolescentes educación secundaria. Se realizaron dos muestras encuestas a través del formulario Google Form: con 448 participantes secundaria, 270 mujeres 178 hombres; otra 734 participantes, 503 261 hombres. aportó evidencia contenido mediante juicio expertos, estructura interna partir análisis factorial exploratorio. Los ítems elaborados fueron analizados por seis jueces función correspondencia claridad semántica. A 40 se le realizó un exploratorio método componentes principales rotación Varimax, reveló buen estadístico mostró solución 6 factores: 1) fuentes información; 2) personalidad; 3) autoeficacia e intereses; 4) familia; 5) profesionales globalización; 6) toma decisiones. fiabilidad altos valores consistencia global cada uno factores.
