The lack of learning media creates a less effective atmosphere, resulting in low student outcomes. purpose this study was to develop and test the feasibility QR code-based flash card on cultural diversity material improve outcomes for fourth grade students. Research development ADDIE model were used as research methods using qualitative quantitative data analysis techniques. results product from expert validator showed score 89.4% 97.3% with very feasible category. that quite use during activities could outcomes, according t-test showing sig. 0.000 means there is significant difference pre-test post-test data. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain media, menguji kelayakan, dan keefektifan media Smart Paper berbasis QR-Code meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SDN 2 Boja Kendal. Jenis penelitian yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dokumentasi. analisis awal menggunakan uji normalitas homogenitas. Analisis akhir perbedaaan rata-rata N-Gain. Hasil menunjukkan didesain aplikasi Canva, Microsoft Sway, Google Form. validasi produk ahli sebesar 91,67% materi 96,67% kriteria sangat layak. Keefektifan diperoleh dari hasil pretest posttest diuji N-gain skor 0,57 sedang, serta perbedaan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,001<0,05, maka Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya, berhasil dikembangkan, layak efektif siswa.
