The school curriculum assists students in developing the knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, and morals needed to participate community life at local, national global levels. This study aims determine implementation of Social Science learning forming students' character elementary schools. research is a literature review using Google Scholar search engine with total 68 articles. results obtained 11 articles that were by inclusion exclusion criteria. showed process implementing or was carried out properly goals education then formed cultural local community. However, there are several obstacles such as problem assessing attitudes environmental factors, so solution overcome make an assessment format install monitoring cameras every hallway classroom.

This research aims to explore the routines carried out by children shape student character provisions of Minister Education and Culture Regulation No. 20 2018 concerning Character Strengthening. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological type was used in this gain an in-depth understanding phenomenon. The results identified seven strategies implementing education based on 2018. In addition, highlights efforts foster positive interactions between students, protect themselves school environment through routines, facilitate development students' maximum potential, invite participation from parents community routines. contributes how implementation elementary schools can be successful objectives set no. By these strategies, strengthening achieved effectively relevant policies, management, learning curriculum. open door better at level may provide insight for improving process future.

This research aimed to determine the implementation of strengthening character education based on classroom action, school culture and community participation during COVID-19 pandemic. was qualitatively quantitatively (mixed method design) by using a descriptive approach. The data were collected through interviews structured unstructured. interviewees this study stakeholders from three Junior High chools in Jakarta such principal vice for curriculum. Quantitative make closed questionnaires consisting statements that have answer 'yes' or 'no' giving reasons choices given respondents choosing answers according their choices. Questionnaires 20 educators as respondent. Data analysis used constant comparative Glaser Strauss. findings showed schools still implemented has implication understood students about main values online learning process home.
