The hidden curriculum plays a crucial role in the entire teaching process, and there is no doubt about that. It possesses irreplaceable value function of explicit curriculum. Therefore, at college should pay attention to utilizing On basis fully understanding characteristics functions curriculum, this study analyze interviewed selected lecturers probe deeper regarding how they use made observations notes on classroom environments interactions. A mixed-method approach used study. Purposive sampling was select 100 non-engineering State Polytechnic Sriwijaya for statistical society. To collect information, survey, interview, observation were applied. findings showed that majority had knowledge utilized it improve their through body language, tone voice, physical changes, setting maintaining expectations norms, reflecting upon teaching. also found all departments brought mission statements ethos life.. further contribution provide enacted private higher education, as well what experience be like. better necessary its education.
