The aim of the current study is to investigate relationship between mathematics self-efficacy and achievement through cognitive domain as mediator. sample consisted 374 eighth-grade students, 180 females 194 males from Sultanate Oman. A partial least squares structural equation modeling used analyze data. findings revealed that has a direct effect on achievement, indirect domain. Cognitive partially mediate mathematical achievement.
