Job satisfaction is a very crucial correlate for teacher to stay in their current teaching assignment. This study looks into the significant factors of job and intention teachers private school. In addition, also aims investigate relationship between teachers. Using complete enumeration process, 34 were interviewed primary data collected from them. Necessary statistical measures employed describe Chi-square test association was used determine stay. Results indicated that most are just moderately satisfied with about 55.88% them not willing job. implies working institution challenging does have enough economic security. revealed influenced by civil status (p-value=0.100) employment (p-value=0.100).
