Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
This
study
analyzes
land
use
change
in
Ngawi
Regency,

Java,

Abstract
Pangkah
Subdistrict,
strategically
located
next
to
Tegal
Regency’s
capital,
is
experiencing
steady
population
growth.
The
growing
and
rising
demand
for
agricultural
products
create
competition
land
use.
By
integrating
remote
sensing
with
geographic
information
systems
(GIS),
it
becomes
possible
evaluate
land-cover
changes
over
time,
forming
a
foundation
forecasting
future
use
in
Regency.
This
study
examines
Subdistrict

2023,

predicting

using
Cellular
Automata-Markov
method.
