Abstract Land surface temperature is different from air and caused by various things, one of which due to changes in vegetation density. Central Lombok Regency the locations that has experienced massive well-known development Indonesia. Based on these circumstances, this research was conducted with several objectives, namely: determine density, as well land 2018 2023, prove relationship between density temperature. The method used descriptive quantitative because it involves numerical data, find In addition, also uses NDVI level LST there. results showed Regency. average change occurred region economic center area. Abstract Land use change in Kendal District, Indonesia, has become a crucial issue spatial management. The mismatch between land and planning is one of the problems that often occurs. Limited rapid population growth have driven significant changes use, especially industrial sector, so an evaluation needed by comparing actual area with applicable Spatial Plan. This research aims to analyze 2015 2020 District. Based on quantitative approaches descriptive analysis, secondary data interpretation remote sensing imagery are used understand change. results show there were 2020, these can make important contribution government regional sustainable urban development. Changes Regency not been accordance Pattern Plan Map area. because will continue occur, also It surprising occurred significantly or planned pattern.

Abstract This study analyzes land use change in Ngawi Regency, East Java, 2011 and 2021 examines the suitability of use, Regional Spatial Plan, Medium-Term Development Plan. Qualitative descriptive analysis methods spatial-temporal are used to identify land-use change, land-use-related problems. The results showed a discrepancy between actual RTRW several sub-districts, such as Padas, Pangkur, Ngawi, Pitu, Kedunggalar, Ngrambe, Sine, Jogorogo, Kendal. includes changes functions from settlements industries, tourism areas settlements, industries vice versa. total area nonconformity reached 40,361 hectares or 28.93 % area. GIS map overlays provide an in-depth understanding patterns, with industrial sectors being key focuses. Although Plan has been established regulate its implementation still needs be improved 2021. development tourism, industrial, agricultural, residential sometimes goes differently than planned. research highlights need for coordination Plans achieve sustainable regional development.

Abstract Pangkah Subdistrict, strategically located next to Tegal Regency’s capital, is experiencing steady population growth. The growing and rising demand for agricultural products create competition land use. By integrating remote sensing with geographic information systems (GIS), it becomes possible evaluate land-cover changes over time, forming a foundation forecasting future use in Regency. This study examines Subdistrict the years 2007, 2015, 2023, while also predicting 2045 using Cellular Automata-Markov method. findings indicate continuous increase built-up due growth, decreases each year. modeling results will inform evaluations of spatial planning Subdistrict.
