Based on Leary’s interpersonal model (Interpersonal Circumplex), Wubbels elaborated the scheme of behaviour that was completed by questionnaires (Questionnaire Teacher Interaction (QTI)). In this study, we compare results our previous research regarding ideal teacher interaction. We would like to highlight significant differences between opinions parents, teachers, high school students, and pedagogue students. interaction in classroom is extremely important because quality teacher-student crucial promoting student learning, using QTI measurement tool environment has contributed significantly understanding complex interactions teaching.
