Background. The development of digital technology in recent years has had a significant impact on children's behavior, including Cirebon Regency. Although offers various benefits, such as easy access to information and entertainment, its negative impacts, especially are increasingly felt. Cases child exploitation through social media, the increase violence involving teenagers, influence violent content platforms have become major concerns. Aim. This research aims examine behavior Regency between 2020 2025. Methods. method used is mixed methods approach, which combines qualitative quantitative approaches. Data were obtained interviews with police, Education Office, Regional Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAID), well parents affected children. In addition, questionnaire survey was conducted obtain data patterns use by children teenagers. Result. results show that lack parental supervision, low literacy, exposure exploitative cyberspace main factors causing deviant Conclusion. recommends creation regulations governing children, restrictions duration mobile phone monitoring accessible content. Implication. Efforts improve literacy cooperation government, society, families also been identified important steps preventing behavior.
