The purpose of the current study was to develop and validate Pre-Service Teacher Online Teaching Motivation Scale (PST-OTMS), a survey instrument designed reliably measure motivational constructs related online teaching learning in pre-service teachers. Due increasing opportunities teach within contexts where challenges were magnified during COVID-19 pandemic, reliable valid is needed such constructs. Survey (PST-OTMS) underwent thorough validation process resulting 31-item aimed at assessing teacher motivation for across four dimensions: (1) self-efficacy teaching, (2) perceptions learning, (3) professionalism, (4) anticipated administrative support teaching. PST-OTMS demonstrated strong reliability validity research context. Future aims widely administer explore additional settings with more diverse demographic.
