Impact of coronavirus disease on sustainable growth and food security is dramatically negative. Despite significant number publications focused issues, a deeper analysis damages activated by COVID-19 necessary. This determines the main task this research. Theoretical block study involves bibliometric relevant Scopus using VOSviewer. Empirical involves: 1) formation Food Security Index for 15 European countries based combination Principal Component Analysis, ranking, Fishburn formula additive convolution; 2) panel data regression modelling aimed at clarifying impact macroeconomic indicators healthcare expenditures during 2000–2021 (model 1), 2000–2019 2020–2021 3).
