Research on organizations in the Western Balkans has grown significantly over past 30 years, highlighting need for a comprehensive review. This bibliometric study examines state of organizational research by performing analysis, identifying clusters through co-word and conducting trend topic analysis to uncover emerging themes. Using VOSviewer Biblioshiny, analyzes 1,037 papers from Scopus database. Findings reveal consistent growth publications, especially after 2015. Co-word identifies five major clusters: SMEs, Kosovo, Serbia, entrepreneurship, innovation. Future is recommended explore how businesses prepare potential EU integration, role institutional support or voids entrepreneurship rates, effects brain drain Balkans, dynamics returnee entrepreneurs. provides valuable insights into intellectual structure trends region offers foundation future studies.

This study conducts a detailed bibliometric analysis of the concept bank efficiency, investigating its evolution in scientific literature between 2000 and 2024 context digital transformation specific to Industry 4.0 era. Using recognized databases, such as Web Science Scopus, research explores main trends themes field, well impact emerging technologies on efficiency. Research background: Digital technologies aim to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability. Despite ongoing efforts, Hungary is encountering various challenges in digitalization. This research seeks investigate the potential of digital addressing these challenges, with a particular focus on precision agriculture (PA). Purpose article: study explores utilization among 81 agricultural food companies Hungary. The evaluates use advanced less their impact rural areas.
