The quality of a country’s business environment speaks volumes about its government’s capacity and competitiveness. Unfortunately, the current system only evaluates countries cities, overlooking environments individual provinces. To address this issue, study utilizes green sustainable development approach to evaluate 30 provinces/municipalities in China. By incorporating ecological environmental protection indicators, novel index is constructed analyzed determine impact on macroeconomic micro-enterprise operation. Research background: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a fundamental role in countries’ economies. Currently, entrepreneurs are struggling not only with the uncertainty of business environment, but also high expectations for businesses to be run sustainable way. Abstract The aim of this study is to evaluate the level select ethical issues in Visegrad Four (V4) countries (Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary) quantify differences attitudes entrepreneurs field business ethics these countries. This study aimed to investigate the challenges faced, and strategies adopted by micro-family food businesses (MFFB) in Malaysia examine family's role managing such during COVID-19 crisis. A qualitative research approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews with MFFB owners. The ceased after six participants, ensuring data saturation interpreted data's trustworthiness is explained. findings revealed that faced multiple challenges, including a drop sales, business closure, financial instability, pressure on fixed costs. Besides, this captured several unique survival owners, as generosity towards customers, changes operation, online advertisements, customer satisfaction surveys, maintaining quality prices, initiating takeaway orders, collaboration aggregators. results indicate task management, responsibility, reliance are essential family-owned significant strategies. It implies family relationships play business's direction survival; future directions might compare larger capacity. sheds light of families pandemic provides practical implications for policymakers, practitioners support overcoming unexpected adversity. By better understanding MFFB, it anticipated gain greater insight into how Malaysian can become more resilient future.

This study sought to determine the major drivers of immigrant business survival in OR Tambo District Municipality South Africa. While adopted Aldrich and Waldinger’s Interactive Theory, positivist (quantitative) research approach was used how relevant data were collected analysed. A sample 100 entrepreneurs selected through a convenient random sampling technique.
