The
quality
of
a
country’s
business
environment
speaks
volumes
about
its
government’s
capacity
and
competitiveness.
Unfortunately,
the
current
system
only
evaluates
countries

overlooking

green
sustainable
development
approach
to
evaluate

provinces/municipalities
in
China.

Purpose
Profitability
is
crucial
for
a
company’s
sustainability.
This
study
aims
to
examine
the
influence
of
profitability
and
specific
variables
on
value
real
estate
companies
in
Indonesia.
Design/methodology/approach
The
uses
sample
42
listed
Indonesia
Stock
Exchange
from
2017
2023.
A
static
panel
regression
approach
was
adopted,
with
best
model
being
fixed
effect
model,
verified
through
robustness
test.
Findings
results

that
most
effective
explaining
firm
value.

by
return
assets
(ROAs),

not
significantly
impact
