The quality of a country’s business environment speaks volumes about its government’s capacity and competitiveness. Unfortunately, the current system only evaluates countries cities, overlooking environments individual provinces. To address this issue, study utilizes green sustainable development approach to evaluate 30 provinces/municipalities in China. Purpose Profitability is crucial for a company’s sustainability. This study aims to examine the influence of profitability and specific variables on value real estate companies in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach The uses sample 42 listed Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 2023. A static panel regression approach was adopted, with best model being fixed effect model, verified through robustness test. Findings results indicate that most effective explaining firm value. Profitability, proxied by return assets (ROAs), does not significantly impact finding confirmed tests using another measure, equity (ROE). Additionally, company size negatively impacts value, while activity ratio leverage have positive significant effect. The main objective of the research study was to formulate attitudes SMEs that appropriately characterize field HRM. In a second step, these were compared in three most important business sectors V4 countries.
