This study examined how different factors can influence employees' work engagement. Work-related social media use outside working hours be a paradox with negative implications for Perceived organizational support boost that positively impacts A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 344 employees across sectors in the greater Jakarta area to test research hypothesis. The collected data is then processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) method. findings this indicate work-related and perceived are proven significantly affect engagement through mediating role of identification, work-to-family conflict, family-to-work conflict. results expected taken into consideration by organizations formulating policies setting balanced hours, maximizing support, minimizing potential work-family conflict so feel strong sense maximize their contribution organization digital era.
