Learning in the 21st Century contains learning designs that are able to explore students' abilities. Out-of-class invites students develop knowledge and skills becomes an alternative developed design. This research is a study aims see effectiveness of out-of-class on natural appearance material student outcomes cooperation skills. used quantitative methods with quasi-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest design data collection techniques form tests non-tests. Data analysis use prerequisite t (independent T-test). The results this showed calculation obtained tcount = 32.99 while ttable 1.68 at 95% confidence level or error rate, ?. 5%. Based these calculations, it can be seen tcalculate > ttable. Therefore ,h-0. rejected ,h-a. accepted so stated there difference between pretest posttest students. descriptive statistical after application model, score applied Cooperation received average 87.3. Whereas before being given treatment, had 59.7. shows increase using models.
