Character education in Indonesian Islamic boarding schools faces the challenge of integrating national values with religious teachings. This study examines implementation extracurricular activities at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Gombara Boarding School strengthening Pancasila Student Profile, particularly through an integrated approach combining and character development. Using a qualitative case design, this research collected data in-depth interviews 15 participants, participatory observations activities, document analysis over six months. The findings reveal that integration various programs - including arts, sports, Hizbul Wathan scouts, Tapak Suci martial Association significantly contributes to development five key areas: discipline, independence, social skills, moral values, academic-nonacademic balance. highlights how these serve as effective platforms for practicing experiential learning. However, challenges remain terms facility limitations, time management, mentor training. concludes structured can effectively support when designed holistically, both values. model offers valuable insights other educational institutions seeking strengthen programs.
