Objective: This study aims to determine the influence of application flexible working space work patterns, ethic, and human resource development on job satisfaction. Method: uses an explanatory research type. The sample consisted 200 employees at Medium Customs Excise Office. data analysis method used in this was multiple linear regression analysis. This research seeks to examine various environmentally based international tourism developments with investment policies in Siak Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. aims identify, map opportunities and solutions specifically for Siaknegara district.
