The aim of this study is to examine the contributions components employee engagement on knowledge-sharing behavior alongside possible mediating effect management support. This collected data from 395 respondents purposively selected pharmaceutical organizations in Bangladesh. For input and incorporation sample data, SPSS version 26 was used, whereas PLS-SEM (version-4) tool used test hypotheses relationships. findings reveal significant positive effects adaptation, devotion, vitality both knowledge sharing Adaptation new technologies processes enhances employees’ ability intention share knowledge, facilitated by robust Similarly, devotion among employees fosters a supportive environment that conducive for exchange. Management support emerges as critical mediator, amplifying impacts organizational outcomes. These address gap understanding conditions enhance behaviors highly regulated industries provides valuable framework nurture cultures will drive innovation resilience within emerging markets.
