Higher education institutions worldwide aim to simplify digital survey processes for sustainability and engagement technology should be utilized effectively address this. A case study approach was adopted illustrate the sustainable paperless online system, “Estibana”, manage Students' satisfaction surveys at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU) addressed gains attained. To Estibana system's effectiveness, volume of its respective response rate achieved following implementation were observed. Over 90% students rated application as ‘High Quality' terms usability, friendliness, accessibility, privacy, efficiency, overall quality. This study examines Indian Higher Education students' behavioural intention to use ChatGPT in their learning. Unified Theory of Acceptance, and Use Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model is used investigate the impact eight UTAUT2 factors on towards using ChatGPT. A pilot 100 students was done check reliability validity instrument based model. Using a quantitative research approach, data gathered from 362 Punjab (A North region State), India (313 students’ included final analysis) purposive sampling technique. The study's findings revealed that PE (Performance Expectancy), SI (Social Influence), HM (Hedonic Motivation), Hb (Habit), FC (Facilitating Conditions) had significant positive influence BI (Behavioural Intention) whereas EE (Effort Expectancy) not significantly influenced BI. On use, H influence, but did use. 67% respondents gave priority learning AI tools school. In terms practical implications, this adds current literature or higher education, being useful education scholars.
