The aim study was to examine association between having a first child at age 13-19 and DP 20-42 (here called DP).A longitudinal cohort undertaken based on national register data obtained from 410,172 individuals born Sweden 1968, 1969, 1970. Teenage mothers fathers were followed until 42 compared non-teenage parent counterparts their receipt Descriptive analysis, Kaplan-Meier curves, Cox regression analyses performed. The proportion parents more than twice higher group received (16%) did not receive (6%) during duration. A started years old parents, difference two groups observation period. strong observed being DP, significant both independently after adjusting year birth father's level education. Background Previous theoretical models and reviews have documented a strong connection between emotion dysregulation eating disorder (ED) psychopathology among the general clinical populations. The aim of this review was to build on previous work by conducting network meta-analysis explore associations adaptive maladaptive regulation strategies ED trans-diagnostically across spectrum identify areas that strongest association with symptomatology. Methodology A total 104 studies were included in correlation coefficient representing specific symptomatology extracted. We ran Bayesian random effects initial well-connected each strategy being linked at least one other strategy. also conducted meta-regression whether between-study differences body mass index (BMI), age, sample consisted solely female participants explained any possible inconsistency. Results revealed ruminations non-acceptance emotions most closely associated psychopathology. There no significant inconsistency but two comparisons approached significance thus meta-regressions conducted. effect BMI such different weaker those low BMI. Despite the contribution of mental ill-health to perinatal morbidity and mortality, experiences adolescent girls young women (AGYW) in low- middle-income countries remain overlooked. This review explores potential intersecting vulnerabilities for health identify prevalence, risk factors, interventions, implications services future research. We searched mixed-methods English-language studies four databases (MEDLINE, PsycInfo, Global Health, Embase) published between January 1, 2000 April 30, 2022 reporting age-disaggregated data on interventions AGYW's during pregnancy through one year postpartum (quantitative) and/or AGYW period (qualitative). Our search yielded 3205 results, which 48 met inclusion criteria. Both regions observe a paucity robust evidence intervention evaluations, particularly South Asia. While meta-analysis was infeasible due study heterogeneity, quantitative do individual-level factors depression. Qualitative emphasise stigma's impact, among other societal-level social diverse outcomes importance themselves. Rigorous evaluations are lacking bar two protocols with forthcoming results. Evidence gaps persist concerning prevalence beyond depression including pregnancy/perinatal loss obstetric complications. High-quality research, comparable multi-method identifying protective promising is urgently needed improve wellbeing period. A key strength this our assessment available both regions. In doing so, we address critical blind spot prior reviews that focused either adult countries, or high-income settings but neglected intersection these high-burden, low-resource contexts.
