This article presents a theoretical generalization and justification of conceptual provisions for the formation marketing mechanism managing development bioeconomy. An important issue in the sustainable development of agricultural engineering today is use biogas plants for production electricity and heat from organic waste products other low-quality products, which also contributes to improvement environmental safety.
