With the acceleration of urbanization, design street furniture, as an indispensable part urban public spaces, faces challenge neglecting user experience. To address this situation, study adopted a three-level theory affective and Kano model to categorize rank users’ needs. The results show that users prefer high-density furniture follows traditional space incorporates elements Chinese culture they reject minimalist modern facilities empty, “hard” plazas. Accordingly, proposes emotional strategies effectively existing problems. Furthermore, confirms has significant advantages in identifying real needs users, providing data support, guiding which ensures scientific validity effectiveness strategy. This not only deepens understanding but also provides important reference for future planning.
