Abstract The implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions in Polish enterprises entails both certain barriers and significant potential for changes numerous benefits. Purpose This paper identifies consumer acceptance criteria of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled products and services in the business. We first investigate existing three models. They are technology model (TAM), unified theory use (UTAUT) (CAT). then discuss applicability these models for AI-enabled services. Finally, we outline shortcomings propose an product service (AIEPSAM). also validate proposed AIEPSAM with empirical results using primary survey data. In the context of sustainability, integration renewable energy into industrial processes not only minimizes dependence on fossil fuels but also contributes to efficient management waste. By transforming organic waste, including agri-food and urban biogas, green can be generated, thus reducing impact environment closing loop material used in economic circuit. Thus, a sustainable system promoted, where resources are continuously reused exploited. Statistical methods decision tree with Classification Regression Trees (CRT) algorithm were employed analyze data. The paper focuses importance waste biogas for generation, transformation, consumption EU (European Union)-27 countries. To provide thorough analysis, we have divided these countries based real gross domestic product (GDP) per capita, grouping them above/below annual average period 2012–2021/2022. Descriptive statistics revealed observable differences between two groups, aimed evidence regarding existence as statistically significant. Using Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, non-normal distribution data was confirmed, requiring non-parametric inferential methods. Mann–Whitney U test significant groups all studied variables. This comprehensive approach highlights distinct energy-related characteristics influenced by development EU-27.

O estudo da inteligência artificial (IA) começou em 1950, mas, só na segunda década do século 21, surgiram equipamentos específicos para seu processamento. Inicialmente, a adoção de soluções IA era influenciada por fatores técnicos, como complexidade algoritmos e disponibilidade dados. Contudo, o cenário mudou com lançamento generativa ChatGPT 2022. Desde então, busca vantagem competitiva necessidade modernização tornaram-se os principais motivadores instituições públicas privadas. A rápida popularização levou um esforço generalizado se destacar no mercado. No entanto, aumento uso trouxe preocupações, especialmente quanto à confiança nessas tecnologias, devido aos riscos desempenho inesperado que podem prejudicar imagem resultados das organizações. Para as administrações públicas, essa questão é crítica, pois falhas impactar sociedade não são facilmente corrigíveis. Este trabalho avalia influenciam desde critérios técnicos iniciais até atual preocupação regulamentação IA, fim oferecer uma visão abrangente dos desafios propor direções futuras pesquisa prática.

Construir una ciudadanía digital en el siglo XXI, integrando la inteligencia artificial (IA) es un reto significativo, que pone de relieve temas, desde modernización administración pública hasta adaptación a innovación tecnológica. El objetivo investigación fue analizar perspectiva los ciudadanos Nuevo León sobre adopción tecnologías basadas IA y influyen construcción digital. Se utilizó enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño transversal alcance descriptivo. La muestra 319 encuestados, seleccionados mediante Muestreo Aleatorio Simple (MAS), instrumento encuesta 12 ítems escala tipo Likert. Entre resultados más sobresalientes están 63.6% estuvo acuerdo o muy considerar colaboración entre sector público privado fundamental para implementación efectiva administración. En conclusión, requiere estrecha privado, visión estratégica aprovechar su potencial mejora eficiencia servicios, inversión continua infraestructuras tecnológicas modernas seguras.

The integration of digital technologies in public administration is influenced by the competences human resources. objectives this research are to identify main factors and causes that influence resources’ level find out correlations between factors, causes, competences. survey was conducted within National Agency Civil Servants (NACS) responsible for management civil servants from Romanian administration. 25 variables were selected grouped three categories. instruments used were: SPSS Principal Component Analysis.
