Purpose
This
paper
identifies
consumer
acceptance
criteria
of
artificial
intelligence
(AI)-enabled
products
and
services
in
the
business.

existing

surgiram
equipamentos
específicos

seu
processamento.
Inicialmente,
a

soluções
IA
era
influenciada
por
fatores
técnicos,
como
complexidade
algoritmos
e
disponibilidade
dados.
Contudo,
o
cenário
mudou
com
lançamento
generativa
ChatGPT
2022.
Desde
então,
busca
vantagem
competitiva
necessidade
modernização
tornaram-se
os
principais
motivadores
instituições
públicas
privadas.
A
rápida
popularização
levou
um
esforço
generalizado
se
destacar
no
mercado.
No
entanto,
aumento
uso
trouxe
preocupações,
especialmente
quanto
à
confiança
nessas
tecnologias,
devido
aos
riscos

el
siglo

un
reto
significativo,

objetivo
investigación

analizar
perspectiva

ciudadanos
Nuevo
León
sobre
adopción
tecnologías
basadas

construcción

utilizó
enfoque
cuantitativo,

diseño
transversal
alcance
descriptivo.
La
muestra
319
encuestados,
seleccionados
mediante
Muestreo
Aleatorio
Simple
(MAS),
instrumento
encuesta

ítems
escala
tipo
Likert.
Entre
resultados
más
sobresalientes
están
63.6%
estuvo
acuerdo
o
muy
considerar
colaboración
entre

público
privado
