(1) Background: A successful teaching practice and a proper understanding of environmental conservation require developed research abilities positive attitude toward nature. Nineteen female students at the Faculty Humanities Social Sciences spent ten days in one national park participated project activities related to nature conservation. This study aimed investigate how stay active involvement will contribute their attitudes knowledge acquisition. (2) Methods: questionnaire was used assess students’ about protected areas before after park. The Wilcoxon test determine statistical significance differences attitudes, while Chi-square examine acquired knowledge. (3) Results: showed that had towards protection activities. were confirmed carried out even among those who did not have them initially. significant increase ten-day noticed. The loyalty of students in Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) is influenced by the leadership Kiai, religious culture, and information technology. purpose this study to understand influence style Kiai culture Islamic boarding school on with technology as a moderator variable. This combines quantitative qualitative approaches mixed method multi-case study. Data were collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, documentation. Quantitative analysis used moderate regression (MRA), while was conducted using thematic analysis. triangulation member checks ensured validity results. results indicate that kiai pesantren significantly students' at Nurul Jadid Probolinggo Al-Hikam Malang pesantren. With personal approach, Kiai's inspiring humanistic builds strong emotional bond students. In addition, emphasises values ​​and character forms student loyalty.
