This study investigates the effect of digital transformation on non-financial firms’ adjustment capital structure in European countries while controlling for firm characteristics (firm size, tangibility, profitability, and non-debt tax shields), board (board gender diversity, meetings), macroeconomic variables (GDP inflation). Data were collated from platform Refinitiv Eikon (LSEG). The final sample size was 514 companies during 2010–2023 period. Panel GMM regression used to thoroughly investigate impact structure. results show that improves adjustments. Based MLE, our hold confirm there is a positive significant main recommendation businesses policy makers successfully enter age.
