Objective: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the development physics learning tools by comparing forms digital and conventional media, along with their respective impacts. Background: the religious values play a crucial role in shaping character and morals of students, understanding views lecturers regarding this matter can provide profound insights to enhance higher education. Aim: Analyzing lecturers' perceptions Islamic entails focusing on their awareness levels, integration into curriculum, character, institutional support, influence students' morality. Method: This research employed survey method involving 60 as respondents. The comprised structured questions covering importance level values, lecturers, perspectives students. Results Dıscussion: results indicate that majority are aware significance (91.6%), most them (80%) feel these sufficiently integrated curriculum.
