Schools play a crucial role in promoting the mental health of children and adolescents. This study aimed to examine effectiveness program by evaluating changes knowledge, behavior, outcomes students before after intervention. The employed pre-and-post-test quasi-experimental approach four selected high schools Bogor. It evaluated pre-and-post assessed literacy, anti-bullying education, creating positive school environment. Data were collected July October 2019, with 476 out 495 completing both pre- post-tests. In intervention group, there was an improvement as evidenced decrease risk “having lack knowledge” from pre-test (OR = 1.8, 95% CI [1.2, 2.6], p .004) post-test 1.2, [0.9, 1.8], .284). During period, had higher experiencing bullying 1.4, 2.3], .133). However, intervention, their being bullied decreased 0.9, [0.6, 1.6], .810). having no peer support also OR 1.6, [0.5, 5.8], .467 1.1, [0.3, 4.3], .933. condition depression group improved, 1.0, .924 at 0.8, [0.4, .511 post-test. These findings underscore significance initiatives focused on improving student health.
