Nowadays, technological developments are really very fast so it requires students to be able follow them. Like what was done during a pandemic, learning online lecturers had prepare the material properly by using internet facilities for teaching. Unfortunately, is still considered have many problems both in terms of and media used, resulting loss. This study highlights development video-based digital content which integrated into learning. The method used this research development. steps develop were applied Four-D model Thiagarajan Semmel. presents interactive form videos with management system, ELITA. has been tested on 25 at Universitas Tidar covid-19 pandemic showed good acceptance. results indicate that feasible effective supporting student motivation outcomes. implies value teaching university students.
