In Argentina, spiralis, patagoniensis, pseudospiralis have been detected infecting both The aim present study is to detect spp. in samples from pigs Argentina between 2019 2024 identify these parasites at species level. A total 216 animals underwent artificial digestion. cases where positive result was obtained, muscle larvae were further processed using PCR targeting ESV region. Samples originating 16 analyzed. Among tested, 52 for spp., including two pumas infected with T. patagoniensis; 43 pigs, 34 identified as spiralis level; seven boars, five enhances our understanding distribution transmission dynamics among Argentina.
