The paper aims to study the opportunities and risks that artificial intelligence technologies pose for digital communication. Authors argue media literacy approach has valuable potential in field. The article analyzes the specifics of formation public confidence in authorities. leading research method was a questionnaire survey population (N=587 people). There is low level trust federal and local Respondents' assessments are associated with perceived failure authorities solving pressing problems. It concluded that these opinions not based on targeted search critical understanding information, as majority respondents interested politics do follow news. Simultaneously, it revealed social networks / personal accounts politicians, digital communities have greatest potential among information sources. In the current socio-economic realities, a distinctive feature of digital economy is exponential increase in efficiency information and communications technology, where new solutions, digitization, robotics are changing economic processes. One of the key factors influencing political development and stability Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as RF, Russia) is trust citizens in social institutions. At same time, youth part society with which strategic prospects for progress country vectors socio-economic transformations are connected. The insufficient degree confidence authorities will hinder effective implementation societal processes that also occur institutional systems. article presents questionnaire results students from universities (N = 780 people) colleges conducted 2023; educational institutions located 41 subjects RF all federal districts. study revealed a relatively low level student various government institutions, while regional lower than fede ral ones. Introduction. An important factor influencing the development and stability of vocational education system in Russia is trust students educational institutions policies field country regions.
