This work surveyed the ethno-botanical relevance of Tabernaemontana pachysiphon in indigenous medicine practices people Ekebedi ancient Kingdom, Abia State, Nigeria. In rural tropical localities Africa such as modern western Medicare is scarcely available, and plants over years provide substantial part medicines used by natives to treat both metabolic pathological diseases well fractures amongst many other health conditions. Questionnaires oral interviews were utilized capture relevant data about plant from 102 herbal doctors, traditional vendors and, Kingdom its environs. The phytochemical analysis test extract was conducted using GC-MS fingerprinting. results obtained survey indicated that preparations seeds, leaves, stem root barks are men fevers, diabetes, hypertension, stomach troubles, ringworms, malaria, gonorrhea, syphilis, venereal diseases, tumors bouts poison etc. profiling identified 32 bioactive principles methanol leaf plant, with 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z, Z)-, methyl ester (16.35%); Octadecenoic acid, ester, (E)-, (19.17%); Dodecanoic 1, 2, 3-propanetrieyl (29.69%) being major ingredients. Amongst others Hexadecanoic (2.91%); Cyclopentadecanone, oxime (1.01%); Z,Z-8,10-Hexadecadien-1-ol (1.82); 9-Octadecenoic 1,2,3-propanetriyl E (5.86%); (E- (1.72%); d-Mannitol, 1-O-(22-hydroxydocosyl)- (6.00); (6.73%). These may underpin efficacy T. folk-medicine possibly explains reasons for medicinal uses this Kingdom.
