Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Innovative Blended Learning Through Meaning Model (IBLTM) in improving students' scientific literacy at Muhammadiyah 2 High School Sidoarjo. Method: used an experimental method with a one-group pretest and posttest design. The subjects this were 22 students class X-1 who participated learning using IBLTM Model. Data was collected through science test instrument 12 descriptive questions covering six indicators literacy. Results: results data analysis showed that implementation effective is indicated by significant increase scores from posttest, average N-Gain high category. paired t-test difference between posttest. In addition, all increased, several reaching Novelty: model applied innovative approach integrates process meaning blended learning. has been proven significantly improve literacy, especially secondary school level, shows interactive meaning-based can positively impact understanding.
