Purpose: The purpose of this work is to understand the changes brought by artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics (BDA) supply chain management (SCM) sustainable manufacturing (SM) in developing countries context. It seeks identify key enablers, advantages, challenges implementing those technologies toward advancement UN SDGs. Design/Methodology/Approach: Cross-sectional survey research method was adopted; specifically, structured questionnaires were administered 356 mid senior level managers various industrial organizations Pakistan. Hypothesis testing done using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) determine relations between four variables, namely: AI, BDA, SCM, manufacturing. evaluation such drivers also involved proving demographic organizational factors as Technology Maturity Investment. Findings: This study further shows that AI BDA improve performance sustainability. can be pointed out has strongest direct effect on environmental efficiency waste saving. But there are certain limit adoption, budget issues, lack skilled IT people, culture goes against adoption. Implications/Originality/Value: paper presents important implications for policy makers well business strategists. require investment infrastructure development workforce human ability cope with change comes implementation these Two technologies. Such efforts enhance operational reliability, cost effectiveness sustainability environment. fills a gap literature providing empirical results from economy setting. helpful expand existing information about Industry 4.0 offer practical recommendations digitalization emerging economies.
