The present work reports the synthesis and characterization of 1-benzyl-1,4- diazoniabicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-2,4(7)-diene dibromide for phase transfer catalyst (PTC) applications. derived quaternary salt was characterized by UV, FTIR NMR spectral techniques. structure has been optimized density functional theory (DFT) in water diethyl ether solvation conditions. DFT outcomes showed good chemical potential compound between 2.15 eV 6.8 both media. Extended research examined nature adjusting dosage, temperature solvents O-propargylation reaction under normal conditions useful precursor synthesis. kinetic data revealed that novel bisite amine bromide effective a variety chlorobenzene biphasic system yielded 88% bioactive molecule when compare to other immiscible systems.

Based on the fact that 2-aminospiropyrazolinium compounds and structurally related azoniaspiro belong, in a broad sense, to class of ionic liquids, we have reviewed them studied their practical applications. To search for possible uses new compounds, it is necessary undertake comparison with based available information. The structures well-studied but little-studied rigid frameworks, limited conformational freedom, salt nature. The recovery and reuse of the enantioselective catalysts produced by tedious work are important not only from perspective green chemistry, but also point view productivity. Some carbohydrate-based crown ethers prepared in our research group were able to generate significant asymmetric induction certain cases. However, they recoverable after synthesis. Therefore, we modified most effective structure with a propargyl so that it can be attached polymer an azide-alkyne reaction. It was investigated whether position bonding affects activity ethers, hence, introduced either side chain, anomeric center or benzylidene protecting group. To anchor macrocycles, low molecular weight PVC azide groups 4% 10%, respectively. found glucose-based ether bearing on unit grafted has highest regarding enantioselectivity (77% ee). catalyst Michael addition diethyl acetamidomalonate nitrostyrene could reused five times without loss enantioselectivity.
