Aim: This study aims to adapt the scale developed by Yim et al. (2023) for measuring personality traits of e-sport players Turkish culture. Methods: study, which was designed in accordance with adaptation is a descriptive research that questions current situation. Results: The translated into using forward-backward translation method assistance six experts. Data were collected from 240 who voluntarily agreed participate. To validate structure previously established Kim culture, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory (CFA) conducted. Reliability analyses performed test-retest Cronbach's Alpha methods. SPSS 23 program used EFA, while Amos package utilized CFA. analysis results confirmed scale's nine-item, single-factor structure. reliability findings indicated internal consistency values fell within expected range. Conclusion: As result, scale, conducted this has been identified as valid reliable measurement tool determining Turkey.

Establishing and maintaining a highly-trained pharmaceutical workforce is crucial for serving the healthcare needs of population. Globally, various factors have been associated with decision students leaving high school to pursue an undergraduate degree in pharmacy, however, this topic has not yet explored Vietnam. To explore motivations first-year pharmacy study at university. A cross-sectional was conducted on 428 enrolled programs from across all universities Can Tho, Vietnam, including one public university (193 students) two private (235 students), November 2022 February 2023. Exploratory factor analysis identified five underlying choice internal consistency assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha (α): personal (α = .86), career .88), advice .74), reputation .84), promotion .76). This study aimed to adapt the Exercise Maintenance Motivation Scale developed by Nam et al. (2023) Turkish culture. The scale was translated into with a team of six experts using back-translation method. data were collected from 326 members Healthy Living Application and Research Center between ages 18 60 who voluntarily agreed participate in study. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) used prove validity structure previously for culture, test-retest internal consistency analyses reliability. SPSS Amos package software CFA. CFA validated 30-item 5-factor scale. Reliability findings revealed that values within expected range. As result, it determined scale, adapted this study, is valid reliable measurement tool can be measure motivation maintain exercise among healthy living application research centers Turkey.
