Мета статті полягає у теоретичному вивченні проблеми моральної травми в психологічній літературі та емпіричному з’ясуванні специфіки вияву симптомів ціннісних орієнтацій студентської молоді умовах війни. Методи. У застосовано методи: теоретичного вивчення наукової літератури (аналіз, синтез, узагальнення); організаційний (порівняльний) метод; емпіричні методи, представлені комплексом психодіагностичних методик (шкала (MISS-M-SF) (адаптація для цивільного населення Л. Засєкіної, М. Козігори), опитувальник PCL-5, PHQ-9, тест смисложиттєвих (СЖО), методика діагностики реальної структури особистості (С. Бубнов)); математичні методи (кількісний якісний аналіз, визначення середньогрупових значень, φ-кутовий Фішера кореляційний аналіз); інтерпретаційний метод. Результати. Проблема розглядається переважно контексті травматизації військових, ветеранів війни, представників професій екстрених служб медичних працівників. Моральну травму розглядають як стан глибокого психологічного чи емоційного дистресу, що виникає за умови порушення основних моральних цінностей особистості; внутрішньої совісті особистості, виникають ситуації сприйняття морального проступку, який зумовлює гостре глибоке переживання емоційної провини сорому (інколи відчуття зради, гніву, дезорієнтації); її переживанні вагомими є: моральні стандарти, міркування, моральна поведінка, емоції наслідки. Результати емпіричного дослідження дозволяють констатувати, з-поміж найбільше вираженими втрата довіри, релігійна боротьба релігійної/духовної віри; вище середніх значень виявилися симптоми: провини, занепокоєння, труднощі з прощенням самоосуд; діапазоні було визначено втрати сенсу. Симптоми не просто корелюють показниками цінностями а істотно пов’язані порушенням системи цінностей, зниженням рівня інтересу усвідомленості життя, його насиченості, відсутністю бажання зробити максимально продуктивним й контрольованим загалом бути суб’єктом власної життєдіяльності. Висновки. Проведений теоретичний огляд проблематики демонструє складність потребу подальшого ґрунтовного вивчення. Зокрема, стосується уточнення деталізації війни; врахування вікових, гендерних професійних аспектів вияву; програм психологічної підтримки і супроводу осіб, переживають моральну травму. Перспективу наукового пошуку вбачаємо актуалізації внутрішніх ресурсів роботі моральною травмою

It is vital to protect young people's mental and physical health from the negative impacts of war. In this study, we aimed identify personal resources that might support resistance war stress in a sample Ukrainian students. We recruited 498 students (407 female, aged 17–28 years) university regional center central part Ukraine complete cross-sectional online survey. Negative consequences were operationalized as post-traumatic disorder (PTSD) symptoms current complaints. Resilience, self-efficacy, Big Five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness experience) assessed markers resources. Our analysis showed stability resilience most strongly associated with lower PTSD fewer complaints, while agreeableness conscientiousness also played role. Findings expand understanding how can be protective against context an ongoing conflict suggest directions for interventions promote students' stress.

Background Occupational burnout, resulting from long-term exposure to work-related stressors, is a significant risk factor for both physical and mental health of employees. Most research on burnout focuses routine situations, with less attention given its causes manifestations during prolonged national crises such as war. We aimed to determine the peculiarities of personal growth resources among adult population following first months war in Ukraine. The study, which included 1257 respondents (32.3% male and 67.7% female, aged 18–61+ years), used Posttraumatic Growth Inventory—Expanded, Brief Resilience Scale, Professional Hardiness Questionnaire General Self‐Efficacy Scale. found descending sequence expression components growth: appreciation life, spiritual existential changes, relations others, new possibilities strengths. Personal resilience, professional commitment, control, challenge acceptance self‐efficacy, last two were most important. All indicators significantly higher women but more closely related men. Our findings suggest directions interventions should take promote Ukrainian population's prevent negative mental health consequences.

Adapting and validating diagnostic tools aimed to evaluate the post-traumatic effects of war in low-income countries is essential for assessing needs planning support programs. This paper will describe process cross-cultural adaptation psychometric validation Continuous Traumatic Stress Response (CTSR) Scale war-affected Ukraine. The study includes Phase 1, Translation Scale, 2, Psychometric Scale. Cross-cultural goes through four stages: forward translation, expert panel review back translation (n=3), pretesting cognitive interviewing mental health professionals (n=8), final version. exploratory (n=200) confirmatory (n=219) factor analyses, internal consistency, construct validity test-retest reliability. Findings from current research indicate that components identified analyses differed those original questionnaire. While all items questionnaire were retained, they merged into two new factors: “Exhaustion Rage” “Fear Betrayal”. results show overall Cronbach’s Alpha .858, indicating a high level consistency. Significant correlations exist between total CTSR score, subscale scores, PTSD (PCL-5), moral injury (MISS-C-SF), depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7) symptoms, validity. findings demonstrate reliability have practical implications how it could be implemented trauma-informed care. The Stability of Mental Health During War: Survey Data from Ukraine DOI

Identifying psychological resources that can protect against the impact of war on mental health is an important endeavor. The aim this study was to determine stability correlations between positive and negative indicators in a sample Ukrainian citizens during ongoing war, assess possible gender differences. A total 359 respondents aged 18–61 from all regions Ukraine completed self-reported surveys at two time points eight months apart (June–July 2022 February–March 2023). Surveys included three scales reflecting aspects (resilience, self-efficacy, hardiness) (PTSD symptoms pressure physical complaints). Significant (r values ranged −.23 −.47; p < .001) (resilience self-efficacy) remained practically unchanged over eight-month period. These relationships were almost equally stable men women. Findings expand current knowledge consequences for highlight resilience self-efficacy as potential protective factors deterioration civilian war.

Abstract Background. At the beginning of 2022, Central Europe entered a state emergency due to Russian invasion Ukraine. Nurses were particularly vulnerable decline in their professional quality life, facing repeated exposure military trauma, ethical dilemmas, prolonged working hours, and increased stress fatigue. This study aimed contribute our understanding potential mediating effect war-related continuous traumatic on association between moral distress including compassion satisfaction, fatigue, represented by burnout secondary stress. Methods. used Professional Life Scale (ProQOL) assess burnout, stress, satisfaction; Moral Distress Questionnaire for examine everyday healthcare facilities dilemmas nurses; Continuous Traumatic Stress Response (CTSR) ongoing threats, resulting exhaustion/detachment, rage/betrayal, fear/helplessness. The sample consisted 130 female nurses (mean age 40.20 ± 12.15 years) from surgical departments who had been undergoing advanced training work with injured personnel at Volyn Medical Institute (Ukraine) March May 2023. All experienced direct indirect 105 participants personnel. Results. Nurse did not differ according demographic variables, marital status, degree nursing, or combatant care. age, job experience found be correlated. results mediation analysis indicated that fully mediated relationship different components namely, satisfaction.
