This study intends to analyze the anthropological socio-interculturality and organizational socio-interculture. It begins analysis from assumption that of disciplines applied organizations is leading influence socio-intercultural manifestations expressions anthropology in organizations. The method employed analytic-descriptive inducing reflection on main issues related theoretical empirical literature review topic. concludes socio-interculture has been influenced by both ethnographic quantitative methodology used anthropology.
