A high-quality learning process is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of graduates in professional world. Teaching materials such as Interactive Learning Media have an important role enabling students to gain knowledge and be actively involved activities. The objective this study develop, evaluate feasibility, determine impact implementing 7E Cycle Based Media. This research followed R&D approach using ADDIE model. subjects included 2 material experts, media language 36 XI TITL students, subject teachers determined by purposive sampling. instrument uses interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets test questions. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires tests. findings indicate that very valid, with a validity level 85% according 79% matter experts. practicality yielded results 82% 87% teachers, falling under category "very practical." evaluation demonstrated average score increase 6.29. It recommended utilize facilitate meaningful experiences, foster critical thinking skills, promote independence, enhance conceptual understanding matter. The development of teaching materials that are integrated with local wisdom is needed as a tool to support learning using the Merdeka curriculum. To practice some these skills, application curriculum for activities. This research aims determine theoretical feasibility in form environmental change e-books based on problem Malang Raya. uses ADDIE model analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. Data was obtained from validation results by two biology lecturers readability tests. e-book developed has very valid criteria. aspects presentation, content, suitability steps. E-book test at level 11 or according thinking class X high school students which categorized positive appropriate. So, it concluded Raya suitable be applied students.
